Hi!
Well, it isn't technically dead, it's hibernating, meaning there's no development going on, yet we have the intention to pick it up.. at some time.. in the future.. once.

Well if you do get it going again... I would like to help. I lurk a lot and don't normally post. I found out about love (and this forum) from another forum called facepunch.com someone mentioned it and was doing something nice I remember. I've seen other people do pretty cool stuff too but I haven't read anything about there projects here. Well if you do get it started again it will be nice.
(I'm also going into programming but I don't wanna rant about it all here because its a long story and its in a pretty... "noobish" state right know due to the stuff I must do at school. Kinda hard to explain. As I said long story but I'm getting by VERY slowly but steadily...)
All the best to ya and your project

So promising...
What kind of physics would be required? (Platformer? Super ultra realistic megaphysics?)

What he said. Physics is physics, just as gravity is gravity

I'm not even sure what he means with "required". Required by what? Why?

How can you guys not know what I mean? Simple physics, IE a simple platformer without rotations or anything, just collision checking on each velocity axis; or some ultra physics lagbomb that looks like a 2D version of the greatest physics simulation in the known universe, the known universe.

We don't understand your question, for all we care you could be talking about which type of horse you want to eat, we simply don't see how this is relevant, in ANY way.
