Sludgeman (a little platformer attempt)

I've been in the habit of returning to old games I'd started lately so I've moved this one on a bit. The collisions are now less buggy (still not perfect!) and there are 20+ levels, with boss fights every 10 levels. I plan to produce 100 levels... eventually!
