We were talking about this on IRC, and originally I was confused why anyone would want to port the wiki over to a format that was no longer maintained (2003).
Regardless, many folks find it useful for IDE integration.
What would be really cool is to take the wiki mirror and write a script that would take that, and generate a CHM.
