I'm helping organizing the one in Berlin, Germany - whee! http://ggjberlin.de

LÖVE has been used the last 2 times by at least one team.
lg.newImage("cat.png") -- made possible by lg = love.graphics
-- Don't force fullscreen (it frustrates those who want to try your game real quick) -- Develop for 1280x720 (so people can make HD videos)

I planned on participating for the first time this year, but I cannot get work off. However, I do have the 28th and 29th off so I'll do my best at going it solo. I plan on coding almost everything in the first 24, then simple graphics, SFX, and BGM on the second.

It still counts... right?

I like this approach for game jams although it rarely seems to work out that way for me.

Hi all,

To me, it is really a pain that Löve is not listed as an engine on GGJ website.
It makes hard to spot games made with LÖVE. How do you find them ?

Anyway, so far, here are the LÖVE entries I found:

Here's our entry: http://globalgamejam.org/2014/games/cracks

It's insanely difficult due to all members deciding at the last moment to up the difficulty a bit, causing it to ramp up in all areas at the same time, so be warned :P

Plu, was that in LÖVE or something else? (At first I couldn't find a download link, but that was just the crappy CSS of the GGJ site that hid them from view, and now AccessDenied errors from the AWS server linked to... those GGJ people better get their shit together.)
