iPhone: For starters, love_opengl must be changed to conform with OpenGL ES 1.1, which would mean removal of some features.
EEE: I remember trying LOVE on the EEE w/XP a while back, but I can't really remember how it went. I'll try again next time I get my hands on an EEE.
I driver which uses SDL_surface would probably work on both EEE and iPhone, though, since SDL 1.3 (unreleased) comes with iPhone support.
I general, LOVE isn't really made for performance, and it sure as hell isn't optimized much yet.

In the iPhone SDL agreement thing there is a clause saying the app must not run any interpreted code. So I am thinking they will reject it.
