The only thing bad in Sublime is that ending the alpha dev phase it probably end be paid a price similar than TextMate one. So remember keeping last dmg's and before update check if the changes don't turn it kind of crippleware.

Well T-Bone, there is a lot of any other OS's/open-sourceeditors like Gedit that have a port for OSX. But I really didn't want advise any non native cocoa app. Gedit uses GTK like Gimp, Inkscape wich leads sometimes to occasional random sloppy performance, bad drawn window resizes and other small things.
