It's hard to say without having access to your system and performing tests. We have to assume it's your system's configuration. Ways of finding a solution range from testing it on a freshly installed and updated Windows, using debuggers and profilers to search for the culprit, or changing that one stupid setting in the graphics driver. Unless someone has experienced the exact same problem and still knows the solution, it could be anything.
