You are mistaken though, there is no such thing as "support for 3G or a non router LAN". It supports networking or it doesn't.

Love has LuaSocket as well.

Why is everyone mixing up a network connection with LAN/3G/WiFi? They're two entirely different technologies.

Well, of course it does. Did I ever claim it didn't?

My point is that if you use LuaSocket when you run Love-native-android, you are obviously using some sort of wireless connection simply because Android phones don't have wired networking. Which answers the original posters question.
