Transitions are a very nice unexpected addition. Your rate of progress is astonishing. Also, good job keeping it very polished looking.
I get 31fps with all the animated tiles.

Edit: I feel like a screenshot of the game is obligatory.

Different computer specs would cause a change in framerate.

http://sfc.pokemon-inside.net/platinum.php has all the Platinum Pokémon sprites, as well as the second frame of animation for each one. (Alternate Formes are at http://sfc.pokemon-inside.net/platinum.php?id=18 if you need them.)

I can't find item icons anywhere, though. :(

Whew... I've finally released .love version with choices... Now i can start programming battle and menu systems... On top of page 1 you can find the .love download link and also a bonus PSP version of the game (with LuaPlayer Euphoria v5 included) that runs worse that the .love one...

This is looking really nice, napco!
It would be pretty challenging to have an entire world of maps, characters, events etc, but i guess you don't need to recreate a full game..
Could be darn fun with a small world. looking forward to where you take it ^^
