I'm (slightly) pumped! Let's do this!
Where's my big, fat hammock time?
I should pimp my neglected game dev blog.

Oh dear, I'm almost an hour late! :death:

Well, it is time to announce this fest's theme, suggested by forum member kikito: GROWTH

Fun fact, this is the first fest with a theme chosen by someone other than me! :nyu:

I wish you all luck in finding inspiration for this theme and your entries. I look forward to seeing the different sorts of interpretations a vague word like Growth can bring forth. Thanks to kikito for the great theme suggestion, and, once again, good luck everyone! You may submit any time between now and 8:00:00 pm PST, Friday, February 22, 2013 (this link will be added to the thread topic as well).

See you all soon!

There is a little more than 1 week till submissions are closed!

Anyone want to update on how their entries are going? Hopefully I am not the only one doing one :death:

If you haven't started one, if you start now you still have more than half the time remaining, which should be plenty. Just fyi :3

Um, is it supposed to be Lovefest IV? not IIII? lol.

Oh, uh, that was, um, totally intentional :|

Kinda embarrassing, lol, let's just pretend they are tally marks, okey? ;)

Hi there !
I saw the topic, i saw the theme, and the game just popped into my head...
Unfortunately, I'm already in a time-limited dev contest (The TPE1), but I am kinda in advance on it, so i may have the time to do a playable prototype next week \o/
Hope it will be ready before the 22 ^^
You can count on me to try ! :D

Deadline is almost here, and still no submissions (even mine is still being worked on). Darn, not again :\

Would anyone be against me extending the deadline another couple weeks? 2 weeks seems like too small of a time frame, based on what I have seen... Let me know what you think, though :)

In my opinion, two weeks is fine because we don't need to submit finished projects.
What i intend to submit tonight is merely a prototype, won't be playable. My plan was to finish my game after, simply ^^

On the other hand, with two weeks more, i should be able to make a playable prototype (even an excruciatingly simple one).
Simple logic : with more time, you can work more...

But i camp on what i said, i still think two weeks is fine.
