Innygotchi
A unhealthy codependent virtual relationship friend.

Inny is your virtual pal in this one-sided relationship. He hangs out on your screen and keeps jittering around, distracting you from your work. While he's up there, he'll start to feel ignored, and get sad. Eventually, he'll hang his head and cry. To improve Inny's spirits, you can interact with him in three ways! You can Feed him his favorite food (burger, chimichanga, pizza, whatever you got is fine). You can Praise him, since who doesn't like the occasional flattery. And you can Hug him (no homo). However if you try too hard to shut him up, he'll catch on and try to save his dignity by refusing your gifts.

Use your Mouse to click the buttons.
Press F5 to resize the screen. No Inny doesn't get upset if he's in a smaller window.

I think this is pretty cool! It has a certain charm to it.

You should definitely expand it! Add the ability to name it, to play with it, etc... make it so that it can starve... add "multiplayer" so that you can connect to a friend's Innygotchi and have them play together

Okay, so for posterity: this project took me about two hours to build and I did it to get the idea out Tamagotchi out of my head (there's a youtube minecraft player who's building one, and I blame him if the toy becomes popular again in any way). Things I wish I could have done with this project: making Innygotchi care about the size of the window, and get very unhappy if the window focus changes. Irritating sound effects would have been cool too.

@scutheotaku: Interesting features for a regular Tamagotchi clone, but this was satire so the Joke's done. I got my laughs from people playing it but not commenting.
