iPhone version! (of forum)
Re: iPhone version! (of forum)
It looks okay but lacks several important features. I'd love a button at the bottom of the page that gives you the desktop version of the forums, because that works way better. Now, I have to open the menu to get it to work.
Examples of problems with the cell phone version include not being able to write in the Android section, not having a proper monospace font for code, and not being able to reach the moderator's control panel.
Edit: haha, just found the "disable mobile php" button Never mind

My game called Hat Cat and the Obvious Crimes Against the Fundamental Laws of Physics is out now!

Also, you can't send/read private messages ...
But actually, it's possible to change the User Agent (to switch from Phone Monde to Desktop Mode) on my mobile phone browser,
that I just enable when I get connected to Love forums from my Android.

And you have to remove cookies to reenable mobile version... You cant even make a new topic :/
A nice design though, definitely room for improvement.

Not really a fan of it actually. It doesn't work as well as the NeoGAF mobile version which looks so much nicer. (It's also platform agnostic so it doesn't alienate Android or Windows Phone users who don't care to see iOS UI on their phones.)
One thing I miss when on the Löve mobile forum is the ability to go right to the newest unread post. (Denoted on the full site by a tiny little orange page with an arrow) There does not seem to be a feature for the Löve mobile site. It's the one feature I use the most on the full site. I will not use the mobile site since it does not have it. I always end up just switching to the full site in the few times I ever come to this forum on an iPhone or iPad.
And the look, frankly, is better suited to Settings apps, which is the only place iOS actually uses this look. Not forum lists. Make one that looks like the NeoGAF look and I will use it more often. But without the "go to unread posts" feature I just won't touch the mobile site. I'm sure it's an easy thing to implement too.
Well, get on it!
