I'm joining Ludum Dare for the first time. I'm going to fail hilariously.

If anyone from LÖVE is also joining, I encourage you to write a small note on this thread, so we know who we are.

Good to see you're jumping on the wagon kikito. I'm most likely going to be participating, though there's no guarantees I'll finish. I didn't go so well the last two times; in LD 23 I got smashed (compared to my past entries) in the ratings (place 500 something), and in LD 24 I had to drop out a few hours in for a complete lack of feasible ideas. But, hopefully I'll be able to pull something decent off this time; might even get close to Uncorrupted again (that scored #34 out of 1000+ games).

I've used FlashPunk since LD 22, but I'm considering using LÖVE again, since I'm more familiar with it right now, and it's capable of a lot more. The only downside is less accessibility to raters.

Anyway, enough babbling from me, good luck to those participating.

Thanks a lot for the offer, but for my first time I want to try the solo thing. I also like that there's a 48-hour limit; It's all I can commit to this. Good luck in any case!
