Hey everyone,
I'm interested in which music (if you hear any music ) you listening to while coding your projects?
I listen to electro / dubstep / sometimes drum'n'bass:
Favorite internet radio is Sunshine Live

Re: Your coding music?
Personally, I don't listen to music when coding. I need quietness to cencentrate...
Re: Your coding music?
No way
Only with the right music there is a chance that I keep on going.
Even if the project doesn't figure together with the music.

Re: Your coding music?
Sure music while coding is great, but the genre depends on my general mood at the time.
Digitally Imported or di.fm has some great stuff, the "Lounge" channel in particular is very good.

Re: Your coding music?
I like to listen to a lot of fidgital (Jazz-Electronica-Pop), but often I'll just play Interpol or something punky to keep me rolling.
I will give huge HUGE HUGE props to musicForProgramming();. Super awesome stuff.

Re: Your coding music?
I listen to a relatively short list of albums, which I chose depending on my mood. I tend to like film and game OSTs since they are mostly instrumental.
This is basically everything that is on my hard drive.
- Conan de Barbarian OST, for getting energized
- Daft Punk's Discovery, for continuing previously started projects
- Deus Ex: Human Revolution OST, for creating new stuff
- Jamie Cullum: The pursuit, when I feel comfy
- Mega Man 9: Black in blue, when dicking around
- Ron Jeremy's Pornosonic, for dicking around even more
- Blade runner OST, for when I feel profound, isolated, and not entirely human

When I write def I mean function.

I like The XX for either for relaxing or when I'm in the flow.kikito wrote:I also like the song "Intro" by "The XX".
Mostly I code in silence, though.

Straight No Chaser.
An a capella group that mostly covers other songs, but makes them more awesome. Look them up, they're pretty good.
