Hello, i want my games on Löve2D. I dont have an android system or iOS. Is it somehow possible to play my games with the right resolution on my phone? I remember a grad that my phone can not perform .love files or .exe. Could it be somehow "change" into a .java file that it can carry my cell phone?

Probably not like you imagine. Bada seems conceptually similar to Android, and porting to Android has taken quite a few months already and will likely take many more months to finish.
