Paul Firth wrote a wide range of (very) interesting articles about geometry, polygons, collision detection, phyics, speculative contacts, platformers... Find them @wildbunny's blog
Hope it helps!

Dunno if this can count for a "game resource", but the article was pretty clean, and straightforward. Epic!
This is by far the most comprehensive article about PacMan AI i've ever read.
Grab it here:
Understanding Pac-Man AI and Ghost Behaviours
It inspires me to write a Pac-man ... :D

I already did a while ago. Kind of. Sort of. Partially. But the AI was kind of there? I think? I forget. I don't remember.

I remember reading the Pacman breakdown. I love to quote that article when people over/underestimate things. Hmm, perhaps it even deserves a re-read.

Also, I added a few links to the free game resources page a while back. I forget what they were, but hey, I added something. The list is getting big now, we've scavenged a good load of articles. Good job guys :)
Do you recognise when the world won't stop for you? Or when the days don't care what you've got to do? When the weight's too tough to lift up, what do you? Don't let them choose for you, that's on you.

Just found this a little while ago - RougeBasin Wiki

There is a lot of good stuff that cover a variety of topics about development, design, ideas of how to make a game. That section is here, and might be useful to some. :D

My music is considered free and open source for video game devs. I'm even open minded to working on custom/closed projects with other devs as long as their is a motivation and a considered deadline involved. I've done several 8 bit remixes and love game music in general. I just finished up a few tracks for Waiting for Horus , which is a side project/fun game from my friends that are working/have worked on some bigger games. ( Fez, Fract OSC to name a couple)

If the track is listed free already, then just credit "Mangadrive" and let me know that you've released your game. If it's not, just PM me and I'll get you the .ogg and what not sorted out.

Also: I didn't intend this to be a self-advert type post. just throwing my stuff out there towards a nice community that made it's tools freely available. Love2d has inspired me greatly in the past couple weeks! Be gone Flash. Be gone XNA.. I like this whole Notepad++ scripting thing :D
