disable love.graphics.arc closed shape?

Hey guys,

I was wondering about the love.graphics.arc function and whether there has been any expressed interest in either disabling the straight lines that appear, or at least adding a parameter to make that artifact optional. Below is a post that mentions the arc lines and has screenshots. It's the only post I found related to love.graphics.arc, and I didn't find any bug reports or feature requests associated with it, and the chatroom appears to be invite only now, so I'm posing the question here.

I modified Graphics.cpp to only show the arc and not the straight lines for my own project, but I'm curious if this is something that other users want as well.
