Point an arrow to the right angle

OK but in your example it only points from the upper left to a picture down right. What I need is, it could be anywhere within a 360 radius.

Wait wait wait, what exactly do you want?
Also, you can use math.deg(ang in rad) for angle converting and you didn't see anything
