Need Help With A Few Things.

Hello lovers, I started using love ~2 days ago and I'm having a lot of fun with it. I need some help though. I am currently working on a game that I decided to call Earth's Last Defender, it is a Galaga type shooter. I am planning on having multiple types of enemies, bosses, upgrades, etc. But Im kind of stuck. I am looking for a tutorial on how to make enemies, a HUD, lives, health, upgrades, projectiles, splash screens, an options menu, what gamestates are and how to use them, and other things like that.

I dont know if Im wording this whole post correctly because its currently 1:35am where I am and I didnt get a lot of sleep last night. Anyways, I will attach what I have so far so that you guys can see where Im at.
