Did the update to 0.8.0 ever happen or should I still be coding in 0.7.2 if I'm looking to deploy to android?

The jump to 0.8 has yet to happen (as far as I know at least, but I read everything in this section of the forums) but it probably will at some point. If you want to target the Android platform, write code that works on both versions. It's not that hard

I had started some things on my machine, but we decided to continue on 0.7.2. We will switch to the current version when 0.7.2 is done. Future ports will be faster, we learn a lot during the first port that will be analogue on future ones. We also hope that we will be able to move on for some modules by simple diff + patch.
At the moment, you should use 0.7.2.

Most of all, it will...Android program are all fit in HTC, but we should know the type and grate of the phone...

I wanted to ASK that will it work on my iPhone?

Not unless you install Android on it. And iOS port might happen sometime in the future though. Maybe.
