Quick Noob Question

Post by totem »

I've decided to start learning lua and I was looking at love for a graphics library. I'm interesting in making games and also some web stuff, but for me to start making games, I was wondering about images. If I started using love, would I be able to use my own graphics and my own sprites? All the screenshots seem to use some graphical style from the love engine, but I was wondering about my sprites that I've made.

I realize that this info is available somewhere, but if I could get a yes/no, it would be really helpful. I won't have access to the internet for a few weeks starting next week, so I've already downloaded the engine and static documentation from the wiki.

Thanks in advance,
love, totem

fantastic, this is excellent news. I hope I didn't waste too much time/resources on such a trivial detail. I'll be sure to post here once I build something.

thanks,
