note that this isn't normal gameplay, but an image of some of the multiple in-game powerups in effect.
in the game, you have the ability to do the following:
pick up blocks
throw blocks
destroy players and the environment with said blocks
use powerups to do various mind-screwy things.
but you also have to avoid the following:
blocks falling from the sky
blocks thrown at you
some douchebag with the melee powerup
the profile menu is where you can change your name and color. the settings menu is where you can change other miscellaneous things like screen resolution.
Controls:
arrow keys - move
grab a block in front of you - hold z
release a held block - release z

Appdata is just what it sounds like - It's a place that your operating system reserves so applications have a location to store their data, like saved games and user settings. If every application saved its information to the profile root then it would get messy really fast.

Sadly, precious few commercial games remember this and don't just dump their user files in My Documents or equivalent again.
