A good place to see who did what is the bitbucket commit history. You will find the names of the people involved on it, who did what, and when. It goes back to 2009 only though - maybe more was done, outside of bitbucket.

I think looking at bitbucket precludes Tenoch, appleide, and Mike. But currently active people are rude, bartbes, anjo, vrld, (boolsheet).

Bitbucket should have some history from before bitbucket (we used to have a hg repo on sourceforge), but it's definitely lacking the svn history.
