RSS disabled?

I usually read new topics through this page:

but today when i visited that, it told me:
Feeds are not available on this board.

Is RSS disable anymore?

EDIT: Ok, seriously, I can't see that page, I can only read its source code, with Chromium on Ubuntu 11.10; I can't try on windows now

That's because Chrome/Chromium doesn't interpret RSS files by default, but you can install this extension:
