New to Love and LUA

Is there any tutorials that could help me get started, I've found one tutorial so far for love that described in he least amount of detail possible on how to create a centipede like game, While I'm following along on the tutorial just fine I dont really see it at the end of the day teaching me much, only because it lacks some details that I think would help me out. I'm a hands on type of person. I do learn while following along but I need details as well. So anything out there anyone can throw at me to help me out while learning LUA and still working at the same time.

The Löve wiki is good. People also recommend the PIL for learning Lua (Lua is not an acronym. It's a word, meaning "moon" in Portuguese.)

Thanks, I'll get to checking it out. I also didn't know LUA was a word, I though it was an Acronym. Guess you learn something new everyday

He told you so you knew that Lua is not capitalized as an acronym. It's simply "Lua"
