Just ignore it. The Mods will delete them in time. It's just spambots. A human creates an account and then turns it over to a robot computer program that posts random gibberish occasionally. I've noticed it happens once a night around midnight to 1AM. It's also likely it's a Botnet, i.e. zombie Windows machines with a program stealthly installed that does its bidding.

Really evil stuff.
