Where is the Visual Studio project file?

I downloaded the v0.7.2 source tar.gz with the link:

However, no vs project file is found under platform folder.

Has it been removed or something? Then where can I get the windows version source?

Go to bitbucket and download the 0.7.2 tag snapshot.
