viewing source of a .love

Hello,

I'm brand new to LOVE.

I'm trying to look at some examples, like examples.love, but I'm not sure how to open a .love and view it's source. Is it possible?

You can extract it using any program that can handle zip files. 7zip for Windows, unzip for Linux and 'The Unarchiver' for Mac would be my recommendations, but any other program should do just fine. For some you might need to rename the file extension to .zip, but usually that should not be required.

If you run Linux, say Ubuntu, right click on one .love file and go to properties. Under "open with", choose "add" and pick archive manager, but make sure LÖVE is still the selected one. Now, you can right click on any .love file and choose "open with archive manager" to look at what's inside of it.

Or in other words, .love files are actually just .zip files.
