What's everyone working on? (tigsource inspired)

Ah wow, that screenshot is cool. I like the typeface!
Do you recognise when the world won't stop for you? Or when the days don't care what you've got to do? When the weight's too tough to lift up, what do you? Don't let them choose for you, that's on you.

I'm new to the forums after having lurked for a little while, so hello all.
Wasn't sure where to start posting and this seems like as good a place as any. So, I'm currently working on a Tetris clone as the first step in my journey of love. I'm a Java programmer in my day job and stumbled upon love recently by chance. It looked awesome so I'm giving it a spin. I've no prior experience of Lua, but so far it seems pretty cool.
I'd played around with various other 2d frameworks in the past and never really "got" them, but this is a whole different story - its great fun to use.
If anyone's interested, I'm following the path laid down in an old Gamedev article which suggests creating clones of the following in order to build up working knowledge of game development:
Tetris - Arkanoid - Pac man - Mario

I've been working on this RPG for almost 2 years in my spare time, it's finally to the point where I've eliminated just about every bug and implemented all gameplay systems.
Procedural overworld you explore to find loot and monsters: Turn-based combat with a focus on time manipulation: My objective is to create a wizardry style game but with disgaea customization and scaling. Something that you can play over an extended period of time without losing interest.
There is a lot more to the game but that is the gist of what I'm trying to achieve.
Now I'm looking into making the content for it, unfortunately many things are beyond my abilities; I'll be on the hunt for artists/musicians/storywriters soon, if you know anyone of the sort that might be interested in a project like this feel free to get in contact.

That looks amazing Magitek. I'm a sucker for RPGs so I'll definitely be keeping tabs on your project.

Hmm, not really. I don't think so... I have another title in mind...
This is a kind of homage to Uplink Hacker Elite PC Game (By Chris Delay).
Most of the gameplay will intend to reproduce part of Uplink's gameplay (not really a clone, making a clone will be a lot harder to me...)
Working on this for fun, and improve my coding skills and actually looking for some interested graphers to work on its own graphics...
