Monopoly game (playable demo)

As you know, we are working actively on the game Monopoly. Now you can not just watch the gameplay, but also to participate in it. You can play against computer or other human!

New menu appears (press esc).

Also we need for testers. Especially the English version. As you see, English isn't my native language, so we hope for your help with translation game into English (write about all the mistakes in the text). Also you can help us to write texts in English

Warning: multiplayer still not working! Also "Trade" button isn't working yet. When there is one player, the game does not end there. There is some developer's cheat codes... This isn't bug

Monopoly has new font engine:

This is russian font Paratype, pre-rendered into texture and scaled down:


And monopoly has absolutely new engine (based on Scrupp 2D engine)

Compared with LOVE here fonts render much faster and text alignment is exactly in the center (BUG http://love2d.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2724)

Yeah, Scrupp 2d has really improved since the last time it was mentioned here on the forums.

A cross platform 2d game framework powered by SDL and OpenGL with an API exposed in lua? That'll never work. Maybe if it had a rocking pastel theme.

This is not exactly "Scrupp", this engine just based on totally rewritten scrupp sources.

Writing own engine based on scrupp much easier than forking LOVE.

This engine now supports DDS textures, VBO, bitmap fonts and so on.
