Problem creating the app for mac

Hello, i'm trying to create the .app file for mac users and looks everything was working until i tried to send the zip file containing the game.app to a friend using telegram.Basically he's not able to open the game and and the message "you do not permission to open the application" show up. So i tried downloading the file from the chat and same thing happen to me! But with the original file this doesn't happen in my computer, so i don't understand how could this happen if it's basically the same file. Any help ?

Aren't mac os (or how it named) have permissions system?
So to run program from untrusted sources you need to allow it in settings? (or something like that)

The thing is that if i store the file on google drive and send it by using a link it just doesn't happen and the useers are availeble to open the app, there is something wrong with telegram but still didn't understand what. Btw i tried any kind of walk around to solve it but still nothing, i guess i'll just use the google drive to share it for now
