simple cute game similar to Flappy Bird. you control a drum called eki, a happy drum with wings who flies around while avoiding the evil drum sticks!! even if he falls off an obstacle, he is still going to be there for you.
change colors, buy clothes and more to come! we are (very!) open to suggestions.

I played a bit and got through 8 gates or so. I am not good at these games.
You do not need to include love.exe in the .rar file, just taikobird.exe is enough.

Nicely done! The background especially nice - I don't know why that really stood out to me, lol.

I suck at these games. My best after ~10 tries was only 7 gates. Do you only get 1 coin per gate? Some of the things in the shop cost 1000 coins! o_O

PS - It'd be nice if the game had some basic instructions like "Use click, tap, or space bar to flap!"

I did, lol. I burned a few games figuring out the inputs, but I kept wondering if there was anything else I could do other than flap. Apparently not?
