I'm trying to bundle a .love file into an EXE, along with the Love.exe. But the folder that LOVE installed is read-only, and I can't change it under Win7 (it asks for me to authenticate as administrator, but offers me no option to do so - I am the sole admin user of the machine).
Any ideas?

Re: Love's Folder Read-Only On Win7?
Okay, I've fixed my problem by:
1. Right-click on Command Prompt
2. Run as administrator
3. Do the copy /b from the command as admin
How come LOVE is read-only, though?

Erhm, aren't program folders usually read only for normal users? It wasn't the case for WinXP and earlier, but in Vista, 7, Unix… that's the case.
Help us help you: attach a .love.

I had this problem too, because win7 protects everything in Program Files and Program Files(x86). I solved it by keeping another copy of love2d elsewhere on the hard drive which I use for bundling.
