Line and curve drawings with grid, states and removing

Hi all!

In this tool you can draw curves (press button W), lines (press button Q), remove lines (press button E and select the line to removing), also you can enable and disable grid with autosnap (press G).

Something fixed: no more errors on too short lines.

Tool as the internal tools, like a tool buttons in photoshop: first tool for lines, second tool for curves, the third for line removing.
