Not sure what you are trying to do here.
My library is designed to work within the Steam client.
The Steamworks Web API is for websites or apps running outside of the Steam client.

I want to realize this: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/feat ... end_webapi

I can already get the AuthSessionTicket but I need to verify it with ISteamUserAuth/AuthenticateUserTicket.

EDIT: I think I can make this http request with luasec library
