A short puzzle game (Bonkyon)

Post by inJuly »

Download on itch.io : https://injuly.itch.io/bonkyon

This is my first game dev project and I am satisfied with the way it turned out.
It's open source as well but as a lot of dirty code that I should be ashamed of. Will probably fix in future patches and add more levels some day. maybe. :p

Nice work! I like the puzzle concept. I like how the game becomes more intuitive the more you play it. Simple graphics and sound/music, but works well.

I like the "Binary Land"-like mechanic being employed.

IMO, though, the Losing Conditions (stepping on the wrong square, and stepping on the correct square alone) are too unforgiving for the Fun Theme the game is conveying. I think if you remove those, you will also have a lot more Puzzle-building possibilities.
