Do you people has some tips on creating/exporting pixel-art assets for Love2d on gIMP?

Just export the image as a PNG and it should be just fine. You can fiddle with compression settings to bring the file size down, but that barely matters for an image as small as 112x63 pixels. The main trick with making pixel art assets is more the creation process within GIMP, rather than the export to image process. For that there are plenty of how to do pixel art tutorials in GIMP out there.

If whatever images you load into love2d seem blurry, then make sure to set the default filter setting (eq. using love.graphics.setDefaultFilter) to nearest.
