Hi,
I'm new and don't want to look for Love in all the wrong places. So can anyone recommend a Framework that is currently being supported that will help streamline building casual games like a Match 3 game? Thanks.

Re: Framework Recommendations
Hi and welcome to the forums!
Löve itself is the framework. I'm assuming you're looking for an IDE, an integrated development environment... not sure if such a thing exists yet.

Re: Framework Recommendations
Although an IDE would be nice, I was looking for something (perhaps a library?) that supported Scene, GUI and/or resource management. Thanks.

There's no scene library in that list, so let me point to this one:

Unless by scenes you mean states.
