Full Editor & Preview button,
then either the 9th button from the left (which shows a picture of a picture), or just write this:

Code: Select all

[img]http://image_address.domain/image_path/image.png[/img]

without the code tags, of course.

Or you can upload an image too, by clicking on the Attachments tab below the post editor, add a file, and then the place inline button, which will result in something like this:
