Hi and welcome to the forums;

This is a good question. But it's actually easier than you think.
If the pages don't have a turning button, simply lick your finger to make it wet, then gently hold the bottom-right corner of the page between your index and your thumb. Once you have grabbed it, move your hand to the left side and the page will follow. This will make it go to the other side, revealing another page. Repeat these steps until there are no pages left to read.
Notice that if you're reading a manga, you might need to invert left and right etc.

Please find here a more advanced technique of page-turning, which requires high dexterity.

Once you have trained enough with my method you can try this one.
