BAM! Explosion to notify that you actually hit a note! AND IT PWNS!
I also have an Easy difficulty songs for you beginners, and a Hard difficulty song for some people wanting some challenge. And challenge you will have.
This is what is waiting for you in Beta 2!
Some other stuff I plan to make in the future:
Custom Songs
A song editor (in the works as we speak!)
High scores (Of course :/)
Mappable keys
Song backgrounds (I could do this right now, but I can't draw, I might need some background drawers. )
Higher note accuracy (Goes more with the beat)
...More stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.
Hey guys! It's been a while since my last update, but I'm still alive and working!
First of all, linked is a demo of the new song selection screen. I'm kind of doing another re-coding so that's why there's not any gameplay yet. You can use the left and right arrow keys to change the song's selection. The selections are all duplicates of the same song so they aren't selectable yet. As you can see, a banner represents the song in the selection.
I plan to make the engine based on time in seconds rather than BPM, and speed changes will be incorporated in increments instead of different BPMs. (1x, 2x, 3x, etc.)

Wow!... This need a Android port...
Given that you're 8 years late to the party, are you volunteering?

Well, you also need to realize that a lot of things have changed since version 0.6.2, which this game was probably written in.
Also, given the version of it, i'd imagine a rhythm game like that needed to jump through quite some hoops to actually work; 11.x gave us a lot of new features useful for audio based games, so if anything, i'd suggest you make a similar game instead of trying to port it, since you'd not exactly have a good time doing it.
