Of course nothing wen't wrong. Tested both ways, did what they had to do. Seems all fine, since after all is only indenting normal code. Nice work. However I feel that indent blocks should be the default one (nobody normally comments other things in blocks than code right?).
this switch is a bit hard to remember and long to type --indentblockcomment?? you really don't want people other than standard options! ;D
(I will start from now do a .bat with personal settings)
Small notice: couldn't be a bit intrusive that prettifier replaces old *.ind without permission? (for me it's fine since don't have to delete old *.ind when testing but other people perhaps could not like it).
