Atom.io with lots of plugins: love-ide, autocomplete-love, autocomplete-glsl, language-glsl, language-lua, comment, language-asciidoc, move-panes, save-workspace (!), todo-show, tool-bar.

For Debugging Löve I use Visual-Studio 2015 + BabeLua.

I use notepad++ currently. Ages ago when I used Linux, I used some text editor called "Kate" which is a bit similar to Notepad++.

Sublime Text 3 with Vintageous (vi/vim keybindings). Before Sublime, I used vim.
