That is true that you cannot create a Wikipedia article for something if it does not have the right amount of notability. Someone could just MAKE a Wikipedia page, but the effort may not be worth it... they may end up removing it.

I spent an HOUR working on a page for another site on Wikipedia once, and it got removed for not having "enough notability".

Funnily enough, LÖVE has a French Wikipedia page, just not an English one.

LÖVE-PARTY is a real thing, yes. We were in the Ludum Dare Jam.

LÖVE-PARTY is a real thing, yes. We were in the Ludum Dare Jam.
From Wikipedia:

"LÖVE-PARTY is an urban folklore myth of an underground event where is believed that prosmiscous ([1] - proof needed) coders of LÖVE community have, as name party suggests, several orgies ([2] - exact quantification needed) recurring to illicit chemical substances ([3] - complete list needed) and in an athmosphere of hippie-trance rave music ([4] - dj set list needed). In these parties, respectable LÖVE coders like for example Nevon have fetish and wild sex with things like his IKEA chair (https://love2d.org/forums/download/file.php?id=22318). LÖVE-PARTY is percepted to many LÖVE users ([4] - citation needed) as the ultimate dream or the Holy-Graal event for any LÖVE coder. ROBIN and bartbes, some of the developers of LÖVE code, denied several times to have connections or approve such events ([5] - alibi needed)."
