How to make window with inventor or quest?

Welcome on the forums, sviridalos.
I guess you meant "inventory" and a "quest overview" window.
If you're a beginner this might be a heavy task to accomplish.
You could start by using a GUI library like LÖVE Frames (or search the forum for others). How they exactly work can be read in the corresponding topics. btw some of them may need to be ported to the newest LÖVE version - if you want to use them anyway you could use 0.9.2 until someone did that.
Also, next time you should try to explain more what you want to know exactly.
