Love 2d 9.0 not working

Hi, Im on windows 7 64 bit, and ive installed love2D 9.0 both 64 and 32 bit versions, on both versions, double clicking the love.exe executable does nothing. I do not see the no game screen nothing pops up. im unable to run games aswell. However, version 8.0 32 bit works just fine. Any ideas?

Do you have a third party antivirus program? I seem to remember some of them flagging 0.9 as a false positive and preventing it from running properly.
