You could also post a hyperlink so that anyone can join: if you right-click the chat and choose "Show Profile", you have a checkbox called "Make a link for anyone to join"

Who wants to join asks to join: Skype is not a forum and unfortunately can't handle calls consisting of more than 25 users.
