Features:

• brush tool with variable width,
• text tool with variable size,
• real-time preview of other's cursors/tools,
• built-in server,
• a lot of fun.

Instructions:

• press tab to see help,
• hold right mouse to change color,
• hold left mouse button to draw,
• press middle mouse button to pick a color from the canvas (eye dropper),
• scroll to change width/text size,
• ctrl + scroll to change size more precisely,
• press enter to type and enter/lmb to place the text,
• press S to screenshot,
• press F4 to vote for canvas clear.

to the person who can't draw dicks: you need at least love 0.9.2 (mousemoved was added in 0.9.2) to draw lines

one of the biggest technical leaps of progress i've seen here on the löve forums, it's quite beautiful

This thing officially got its first mod! (thanks for repler bartbes)
But I won't share it or the server would quickly become useless.

So this is great apart from the fact that it's somehow easy to not spam, but completely obliterate, and i don't even know how, since there is a character limit.
