so i needed something to get back to programming, so i recreated one of my old games.
enjoy, please tell me your opinions AND score!

(note: music replaced, sounds added, time limit for first in-game key press increased from 2s to 4s)

I like typing games because I'm ok at them. Unfortunately this is not playable without being able to start the game and existing the gameover screen using the keyboard. Just imagine using a mouse rather than a touchpad.

There should also be at least a second before the game starts to get ready (music can already play).

I'd recommend not stopping/restarting music but instead ducking the volume while not in-game to reduce frustration (often restarting music is like a smack to the face ).

If you'd like to add challenge, you could start with a bigger font and reduce gradually or with increased performance start moving the letter on the screen per letter or even jump around in the same stage. Another idea: background distractions (stars screensaver that gets more and more distracting?)

thank you for your feedback, glad you enjoyed the game. those are some very good suggestions and i will surely add them. expect a new version soon.

This is pretty cool I also like typing games. I didnt play for very long but my highscore is 57.
