New subforum for libraries?

There are two things that I think are difficult to find: (up-to-date) libraries and finished games. New subforums for these two would come in handy.

A "finished games" section would be great, especially as a way for newcomers to more easily see what's possible to do with Löve.

Something I've seen on other boards is a tagging feature, so you can say "[LIB] myLibrary" or "[PROJ] My Unfinished Game", and even have the board sort itself at the press of a button to only show one kind of tag. I'm not sure if I seen this feature on phpBB, I know I have on other forum software and it's a handy feature. Does anything like that exist for phpBB? One benefit is, the mods won't have to sort any threads, all the still-active project managers can simply edit their own threads, and if they're not around anymore than balls to them.
